Miyuki Delica beads are also known as "cylinder" beads. They are cylindrical in shape and fit together perfectly, making them excellent beads for loom and off loom bead weaving. Size 11/0 Delicas are the most popular size and come in over 1,000 colors. Miyuki beads are consistent in size and shape, allowing beaders to create professional quality pieces. Miyuki assigns the color number, but individual wholesale dealers assign each color name. So, while the color name may differ per vendor, the Miyuki color number is always the same.
