Akke Jonkhof is a self-taught jewelry designer who lives in a small village in the Netherlands. When she began beading she used patterns and tutorials of other designers, but soon discovered the fun of designing herself. In 2012 she began making tutorials and patterns. At first there were only Dutch turorials, but the Dutch market for seed beads tutorials is very small, so now she translates her tutorials in English. She offers some free patterns on her blog.
